COOL R US did a great job communicating and putting everything in writing for our HVAC replacement. We replaced an older system with a Trane 4-ton heat pump setup (5HPL5 condenser + 5TEM6 air handler) and they were very clear about what was included: permit, surge protectors for indoor/outdoor units, new pad and disconnect, drain safety float switch, filter rack, duct stand, and full system start-up/testing.Josh was responsive and answered all of my questions in detail (labor warranty, parts warranty, lineset testing/reuse policy, permit inspection process, and Trane registration). I also appreciated that they registered the equipment with Trane and provided the warranty confirmation.Overall, professional, thorough, and easy to work with. I worked with Josh Conway to purchase a new HVAC system for our townhouse.
