??????EXTREMELY unhappy with our service. Our technician Gerald was not very friendly and did not seem like he wanted to do his job much at all. The wrong part was ordered at the official visit ( unsure who's fault this was to be honest ) and we were promised that this would be rushed and we would be notified as soon as the part was in ASAP as we have 2 young children and our AC at this point had been out for 4 days awaiting the part and as you know in Florida, the temperatures are starting to rise quickly. We waited and waited on a call, and we finally called the company on Thursday, 6 days later to find out the part had been there and they quickly tried fixing it by setting up a next day appointment between 10-2. Well I was lucky to be working from home that day, and I received a call at 12:30 letting me know the technician Gerald G which is the same technician we have had on all 3 occasions was on his way. At about 3:15pm I called the office outraged. It was 82° in my house and he was still not here. According to the dispatcher he had reportedly already been here. He showed up after 4 I received no call back from the company and the entire time he had an attitude. Even saying things when I asked questions like "I don't know I wasn't looking." NOW 2 DAYS after the repair, my AC is not working AGAIN. This was not a cheap service and we assumed because their prices are higher that their customer service and quality of service would be better and we were wrong. Please just take this as a warning.
Service was quick, technician was great. Every detail was explained. I think the $250 dollars a pound for Freon was a little over priced. They did waive the $119 service fee which helped but I think $350 would be more reasonable for a Freon charge not $519. Overall my house is cool again and it was all complete from service call to finish in approximately three hours
Had a horrible experience had them out to repair my mom hvac that is working but making a loud noise. The technician suggested she replace it for a shocking price of over $19,000.00. This included a new water heater he suggested she needed do to the age of her working water heater! When I asked about the cost breakdown he said the water heater was only $1000.00 and the rest was the cost of the hvac unit. I ask my mom to refuse the estimate knowing it was grossly over priced. The following day there wholesale guy (Randy nice guy) called me and wanted to work on the quote to get some better pricing. I spoke with him several times to negotiate what she wanted and a price that was reasonable and asked him if they still wanted to do the water heater for $1000.00 to include it. So he came back with a good price of $9000.00 to do the entire job so I agreed scheduled it to be done the following day got on a call with there verification department to confirm the work and price and call me mom to let her know how to pay either credit card or cashier check. Couple of hours later I get a call back from the same wholesale guy I've be talking to several times to make the deal and he tells me that the deal is off unless I agreed to an additional $1500.00 for the water heater. He said he got approval from the manger for the pricing and when the service manager(Luke) saw the agreement he told him no and to call off the deal or charge the additional money. So here we are on a Friday coming up on some of the coldest weather this year and my mom was supposed to get it replaced today. This is just such bad business on this company's part.
My tech was very polite, friendly and helpful...and on time?? He suggested a leaf filter to put over my fan, removed the fan and motor, and climbed down in there to remove all the leaves?? then put it all back, and installed one- very tightly! It cost $130 and he didn't charge for the installation!! I've been very pleased with all the techs as they really want to help me, and are kind about my picture taking. And because he was coming, I trimmed all these palm fronds away from my unit! So a win-win all around!??
Ian was my technician and he was amazing. He explained everything to me. He gave me choices, prices, , he was very organized and he got the job done very quickly. I called at nine in the morning and he showed up about 10 AM and he had to drive an hour - so that was fast service! I highly recommend them. And the cost was Very reasonable.
