Parker and his installation team replaced my 21 year old Lennox heating and air conditioning system with a top of the line Lennox unit. They did an extremely professional job and had my home cooling again within one day.I was very impressed with the detailed recommendations they provided. Each option came in a different price range, allowing me to choose what best fit my needs and my budget. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything.The Thigpen representative, Parker, inspected my old system, asked about my concerns, and presented several solutions. I appreciated being able to take my time to decide what I wanted. Even after making my selection, I was able to make adjustments and add a zoning system.I also chose the Lennox S40 Smart Thermostat, which outperforms my old Nest. The outdoor cooling unit is so quiet that I hardly notice when it’s running.I’ve had the new system for 30 days now and have used both the A/C and heating without a single issue.
