We woke up on a Saturday morning in January to find our thermostat off and our home freezing. We called at 7:45 a.m., and Sean responded before 8:00 a.m. and arrived at our home before 10:00 a.m. He quickly identified the issue, set us up with a temporary fix, and scheduled a follow-up appointment later in the week to complete the work. My husband and I just bought a home in July of this year. Our AC went out RIGHT as we hit second (EXTREMELY HOT) Summer in September. Our home warranty company assigned us Better Works, and thank the LORD they did. The office manager, Kerri, was my HERO. I was 6 months pregnant at the time and she called our home warranty company every single day getting things arranged for us.Then, in November, our furnace went out (the home warranty doesn't replace both at once so that's NO fault to Better works). Instead of calling the warranty company first, I called Kerri at better works. Then after putting in a request w the warranty company they said Better Works wasn't one of the choices they had for me. I called Kerri back in tears (now 9 months pregnant) and my miracle worker Kerri, got it arranged for them to provide our service.They have been INCREDIBLE to work with and I would recommend them to ANYONE I know. Their service technicians worked round the clock to try to help out our expecting family in a timely fashion. And Kerri, my hero, even remembered that I was a teacher and didn't work on Mondays. She knew us by name and made sure we were so incredibly cared for.Our baby is due any day now, and I am so thankful to Better Works for making sure we have warm and safe air to bring our baby home.
