Chad did an excellent job! He was very professional and timely. There was a delay in the arrival of one of the components, but Chad stayed in communication and was very up front about the delay. I GREATLY appreciated the advice of upgrading to the Amana Smart Thermostat too. The cost of the Amana thermostat was just a bit more, but it synced with the heat pump unit immediately without any hassle, and we have full access and control remotely. In fact, the functionality and ability of the thermostat is OUTSTANDING! The bid provided was very comparable to two other bids we received, however Chad’s personal attentiveness and recommendations on the equipment were hands down “top notch” and ultimately the reason we went with KC Comfort Champs. Thank you Chad for all your hard work and expertise. I would highly recommend KC Comfort Champs and Chad for all your HVAC installation and upgrade needs!
I appreciated Chad coming out and helping us with our broken water heater. He took the time to share his insights and even show me what was broken on our water heater. He could have easily just said we need a new one, but he took time to show me and educate me more about what broke. I greatly appreciate it.
Digital HIGH 5!! Extremely Happy with the service and communication from KC Comfort! After I called 5 other services, Chad was able to come out same day AAAAND get our AC fixed while he was here! Cleaned the outside of the unit, had the part needed on hand and fixed within 20 mins!! So very thankful he was able to get our AC back up and running! Not to self ;) Keep your unit cleaned out bc pollen and buildup will make for an overworked compressor and on the hottest day, that's not a fun way to find out how hot it can get inside!!
We received good service in the past without issue but now are extremely disappointed and have canceled our business with them.We were billed a monthly fee for two seasonal HVAC maintenance visits and other service benefits. We received our winter service without issue but were unable to reach anyone to schedule our summer appointment.Previously, scheduling appointments through customer service was easy. The company now routes calls to an answering service during business hours. Despite multiple messages left in attempts to reach them, we received no direct response.Our final message to the answering service was we would cancel our membership if we didn’t hear back from the company. With no response, we emailed the following day to cancel.The cancellation was processed within a few hours, but still with no direct contact or follow-up from the company. We also know another customer who had the same experience and ultimately canceled their business with them, too.
Chad was awesome at helping us get our heat working! Very personable gentleman and very efficient. He drove out to Lenexa to get a part for us so we could get our heat fixed asap! Amazing work ethic and quick at getting it all to work. 10/10 would recommend Chad and KC Comfort Champs
