At first Nick seemed to be a nice person but he never got back to me about permits the city wanted for install no physical address only a front buyer be aware
My AC unit stopped overnight. I called this morning and Cody and Mike made it out same day and replaced capacitor. Fast, friendly and professional service. Would highly recommend.
Our tech Cody and the entire team at KC Prestige HVAC were great. We reached out on a Sunday evening and they were able to send someone out first thing the next morning. They assessed the issue and had the part on hand to fix it. Team was very professional and I would use them again in the future.
My AC decided to die on a Sunday night. I submitted a repair through my home warranty Sunday night and they had the company not scheduled to come out until Wednesday. Two days of 90’ degree weather was not going to be acceptable. I called the company directly and they fit me in immediately. Cody and Mike arrived with friendly faces and extreme politeness. Got right to work and within 10 mins located the issue, motor was shot. They were able to locate a local supplier with the correct partway and returned back very quick. With part in hand got me back up with AC in less than 30 minutes. Ahhh cool air again. WOW THATS AMAZING SERVICE!! So knowledge and professional. I highly recommend this company and this crew.
