Came home to no heat, contacted Premier Comfort Heating and Cooling and was seen within an hr of my call. Cade and his apprentice fixed the issue, went over the system since we had not gotten it looked at in a couple years and we decided to get a few things fixed a head of schedule. Premier Comfort is the best! We had a really tricky HVAC issue, and Stephen and his team worked hard to resolve it for us so we would be comfortable in our home. Plus, their maintenance plan is the most affordable I've seen. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs reliable, communicative, friendly HVAC service!
Premier checked all the boxes and then some. Of course my furnace went out on Friday night of the first subzero weekend of the winter, but they came within an hour, got things working for the night. The next day, Saturday, same issue, furnace wasn't working. This time we knew it was a lost cause, but I was scheduled for a new furnace installation on Monday of the next week. We survived the weekend, are nice and toasty again, and all done with excellent communication and skill!
Stephen and crew are always great. Fast to get out, fast to fix any issues and what I appreciate most is the honesty- they will shoot it to you straight and work around your preferences regarding repairs/replacement. Highly recommend.
Very professional, efficient and trustworthy. We were previously told by another HVAC company that both of our heating and cooling units needed to be replaced. Premier Comfort gave us a free second opinion and discovered that we didn't need new units. We only needed a part replaced for the furnace. The part was ordered and the job was completed quickly and efficiently! Thanks again!
