Our experience with Able was amazing. Called in the evening after getting a high quote from another company for a furnace replacement and Mike gave us a reasonable quote after getting to know exactly what we needed. Ehsan and Sam came by THE NEXT MORNING and installed the new unit efficiently and respectfully. 100% would recommend using Able for any HVAC services.
A fantastic company to deal with. Two thumbs up. I've used them several times in the past and I was happy with the service. This time around, I made an emergency call about my furnace in the evening. After an evaluation by the service tech Josh (who showed up within a half an hour of my call which was amazing), it was determined to not be worth the repairs because of its age. A replacement was booked for the next morning with the help of Mike who explained the different models and tiers with me. He knew his stuff! The furnace did manage to keep working through the night but died early the next morning. The timing couldn't have been better. The installation crew (Ehsan & Sam) arrived shortly thereafter and commenced the tear-out of the old and in with the new. Very well done. New fresh air intake connection, new exhaust pipe and water drainage lines run. Ductwork was extended to fit the new unit, and the gas fittings were complete. Everything was straight, clean and very professional looking. A job well done. Very much appreciated!

We had an emergency Furnace break and after calling 5 different HVAC teams, Mike was the only one who came and said, i will tell you the truth. Explained what we needed, how the competitors are trying to sell us services we don’t need, and offered us competitive pricing for high quality systems.The installation was fast, using their own workers (not sub contractors like other larger companies), and now our house is finally warm again after freezing for 2 nights.We will definitely trust Able as our go to provider for our homes HVAC maintenance
I had my furnace and heat pump installed today. The technicians that came today to install it all. Where Ehsan and Sam they arrived in the morning. They started setting up carpet everywhere to protect my floors from my front door right to the basement. They were both very polite the few questions I asked them they had no issue answering. There workmanship was excellent everything was installed very cleanly and looks great. I must say right from our first experience with Mike in sales which he was incredibly knowledgeable with no pressure. But educated us in what we were getting and the differences it was really helpful. As well as the interaction with the office staff very helpful. Write down to Ehsan and Sam that came and installed it the whole experience was great. I would highly recommend ABLE heating and air conditioning to anybody that needs this equipment. This may be a long review to read but it's still not long enough to say the great things and my experience with this company and their staff.Thank Wayne and Sandi.
