Vincent and Pouya were amazing. Our furnace had trouble and wouldn't work during some of the coldest weather in January... on a Sunday. They were so incredibly fast with their service call but unfortunately, the part for our Lennox furnace had to come from a Lennox warehouse. On Monday, Vincent called right away to give an update and advise that the part was "not available" with Lennox but he was on the phone trying to locate one. We thought we were buying a new furnace but, sure enough, Vincent called minutes later to let us know he found a part. He had the part and was here in about 30 minutes and it took him all of 30 or so minutes to fix the furnace. Both gentlemen were kind and thoughtful to our current family situation and both of then took time to answer all our questions about the furnace, including explaining how it works. I don't think we will ever go with any other company for our furnace. I highly recommend Vincent and his team (also, just for the record, our neighbor works for an HVAC warehouse. He saw the Advance Heating and Cooling van in the driveway and texted to ask if Vincent was at our house. He shared that Vincent is the best and that's who installed his furnace - so there you go.
