Questionable honesty and competency.I would urge caution.Had someone come out to diagnose why my furnace flame would not stay on longer than 30 seconds.Felt predatory as they were quick to opt for control board replacement and quote a furnace replacement (over $6000).Issue turned out to be a simple drain hose being full causing the furnace to shut down.I found this out myself after paying for their $167 diagnosis for 15 minutes of their time.The technicians did not check this, or physically check the flame sensor, or the exhaust and intake pipes outside.
I had no clue what was wrong but they came in and were super easy to book, very cheap in comparison to other companies but I’d say they’re worth three times the amount I paid. I cannot recommend them enough. If you want good quality work. Ask them
