Today was my first time meeting James and Jason for service, and they were truly kind and professional. I really appreciated how quickly they worked, especially considering how cold it was today. They showed me before-and-after photos, which gave me confidence in the work they did.I was especially thankful that James didn’t just inspect the heater and move on, but took the time to explain how to maintain it properly so it won’t break down and can last longer. It felt very human and genuine, not just like a business transaction.I will definitely call them again for future cleanings.
We had a new furnace installed in July and the guys who installed it back then were wonderful! With the weather we have been having I called to say the furnace just didn’t seem to be blowing as hard as I thought it should and Colin explained it may need some adjustments now that the colder weather is here and that it would be no cost at all to do. I set up a time with the woman in the office who was super friendly and offered lots of times and days. I believe it was James who came yesterday and he took the time to explain the adjustments, other energy saving tips for our furnace and fans and even showed us how to use the humidifier on our furnace. Everyone at Total Aire always feels so friendly and helpful and are wonderful to work with!
