He took detailed pictures and explained all the systems in detail.Everything was easy, from scheduling, getting a quick appointment within a day, calling when he was on the way, and checking to make sure he had the right parts before arriving, made the usually painful experience with AC repair an easy and positive experience.I would 100% recommend BEST Air-conditioning and plumbing and definitely will call them again next time due to the positive experience with the technician, Jeremy!

BEST Air Conditioning Plumbing Repair has always been so friendly and reliable, with the most affordable pricing. They had previously replaced our water heater a while back, and Zach did such a great job that we had to go to them for our dripping bathtub spout. Tyler was super informative and thorough during the initial inspection, offering to check our other bathrooms to ensure that there aren't any parts that can potentially cause major damage to the house since it's over 30 years old. They were able to schedule their team to come the next day to complete the job. Patrick was very knowledgable and did such an amazing job replacing our bathtub valve, the hardware, and sink faucet.
