Our AC and heater units were 22 years old and unfortunately we needed to replace both but we are so grateful that Super Service took great care of us. Lorenzo diagnosed the problems we were having and explained clearly the steps we needed to take as well as alternatives in order for us to make our decision. The installation was flawless. Angel, Louis and Owen did a fantastic job! Professional, friendly and answered all our questions. When the entire inside/outside job was complete it was as though they weren’t even here. They cleaned, wiped up and vacuumed! We feel we paid a fair price and both systems work beautifully! Louis even followed up the next day. Outstanding performance and we highly recommend!
I had a great plumbing experience from start to finish. Dabari was very kind and helpful on the phone helping me set up the appointment and following up after to make sure everything went smoothly. Jonathan was my plumber, he was punctual, respectful of me and my home, and very thorough checking every water fixture abs emergency valve for leaks and proper operation. He flushed my water heater and gave me detailed explanations of everything going on in my home. He did a great job and is very trustworthy, as is the rest of the Super Service team!

I would like to start this review with Mike who came out to give me an estimate on a tankless water heater. He was very knowledgeable, honest and humble.Before he told me how many years of experience he had, I can tell after we spoke that he in fact had a lot of experience.I ended up hiring Super Service Cooling, Heating & Plumbing.They sent out Paxton and Jonathan.They both started the job and Mike joined them later. They all worked hard and great as a team. They did a clean job and tested everything. All came out great! I commend and appreciate there hard work and cleanliness. I am happy with the work and look forward to using them as my maintenance company.
