Found this company through Costco a client rep named Claudio De Rose came out to my home . He provided all the information needed both technical and financial ( financing is available). The installation took place a week later a professional crew of three spent most of the day removing the old unit and installing the new Lenox ML17XP-024 one along with all the new hardware lines , water pump Honeywell thermostat ( works with an app I set up myself later very easy ). The crew provided a tutorial on everything , cleaned up everything left nothing behind. Took the time to address a couple little issues before leaving and that was it . Highly recommend company and I am sure will be available for any service calls down the line if required.
