We recently installed a Mitsubushi "HiHeat" (and super quiet!) central thermopump and Airhandler (Mar 2025), to replace our 25 year old system. The overall experience with Lysair was 5-Star....no complaints at all.Kevin our sales consultant who was also an experienced Technician, was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. The installation team was also very good, professional, quick and accommodating. I called for an adjustment to the thermostat after the install and the same team came right away. Truly impressed with this company.Merci a l' Equipe Lysair!Tony Pietrangelo, Laval, QC.
Excellent service. Professional, fast, economical and intelligent. the three technicians that installed my thermopump and furnace were wonderful to deal with, punctual and very efficient and They even left the space spotless. Highly recommend them. Peter, happy client !
Met with Kevin to provide a quote on a new AC Heat pump and furnace.....very professional and competitive quote. Lysair delivered on a tight schedule and the installation went off without a hitch. Very happy with my experience. Hopefully i can get them to do the annual checkup and maintenance.....
We had a Lenox HVAC and thermal pump installed last summer. With the rebates and incentives this more expensive system ended up coming out cheaper than the less performant and cheaper systems so it seemed like a no brainer. The installation went relatively well. There were some issues but it was sorted out after several phone calls on the morning of the installation with the head of the service department. However a big surprise was that the system doesn’t use standard filters. You can’t just get one at Home Depot or Amazon. You need to order special filters and the size is such that only an original filter will fit - at the cost of close to 100 dollars per filter (I wonder what will happen if Lennox ever goes bankrupt). Since the system was installed I have sent several emails to Lysair with questions about the performance of the thermal pump and possible adjustments as part of some renovation we want to do - all of which have gone unanswered. When the panel accidentally was short circuited we had to wait several days in the middle of winter for a technician to show up and fix it (and were charged almost 350 dollars to change a fuse). Last week we got an email that the service prices would go up (and one asking to review the company honestly as part of a promotion which is why I decided to give my honest opinion in the hope that this company will improve.)
Lysair installed a new furnace, heat pump, humidifier, air exchanger, and air ducts in our home. They were extremely efficient, clean, and professional. What I found both impressive and refreshing is that the installers were not the ones to put the system into operation. An installer who was not part of the installation came to verify, make any adjustments and then put the system into operation. The person verifying the system contacted the installer informing them of the change made and why it was done. They truly operate as a team and that is worth it's weight in gold.
