Team from top to bottom is very professional. From the knowledgeable and charismatic salesman Serge to the kind and courteous workers who demolished and installed.

I had a big job to remove a dual energy system with an 1100 L oil reservoir as well as our old unit inside and out to replace entirely with full electric. The team was kind, clean and professional. They did not hesitate nor seem annoyed at any questions i asked throughout the day.

Stefanair made this transition very easy. They coordinated the removal of the reservoir with another company and set up the electrician to come and place the new wire for the day of installation. Their team cleaned up after they left and got rid of the entire old unit as well as any debris. They even had to sledge hammer cement blocks that were imbedded into the ground from the old unit and did so without hesistation. They handled the curve ball and no was not an answer. A true clé en main expérience. Not to forget, they had the best prices as I shopped around at numerous places. Their 30+ years experience truly showed. Thank you Stefanair and team!

Very professional sales person who took the time to explain all the options, the cost and make a recommendation. Their technicians did a good job with the installation. Very satisfied overall.

We had a mini split installed 2 weeks ago. The whole experience was very disappointing.

The salesman wouldn't provide us with a quote so we could evaluate our options. This should have been our sign not to proceed, but having heard good things from them on the past we decided to move ahead anyway.

Installers came to our home to reschedule due to a heatwave, which we agreed with.

On the install day, the installers which were subcontractors from Paraclimat (we had no idea) kept leaving the front door open even after we told them to be careful as we have pets and don't want them to run out. They took a different path for the electrical wire than what had been discussed prior. They didn't install vibration pads on the base of the outdoors unit (it rests on a balcony) the vibration has already caused complaints from our neighbours. They damaged the walls which will require patching. They left with the walls all dirty which took A LOT of elbow grease to somewhat clean. A new paint will be required to fix that. To add to all of that, there was a discrepancy between the price quoted and the total (this one issue was corrected by our salesman).

I did contact Stefanair and sent pictures of the damages which have remained unanswered, not even an apology, nothing.

We are very disappointed with their response, or rather their lack of a response.

On the bright side, the new mini split is working fantastic!

My original Mini-Split AC finally gave up two weeks ago after 21 years. After getting some quotations for a new Heat Pump, I decided to go with Stefanair, not only because of the product and price, but also the representative. He was professional, and too the point. Installation was promised the following week and the promise was kept
The installers showed up on time, and were also very professional and pleasant. They put down floor protection, and also vacuumed up the tiny particles left behind from the old unit which they took away. I highly recomend this company for your HVAC!
