Adam & Noah from Handy Bros are the two gentlemen who removed my old furnace and installed a beautiful new Unit. Both Adam & Noah were extremely respectful and polite and they make you feel like family when dealing with your home and furnace. They're both very detailed and very informative with the furnace installation as well as giving you instructions to follow when changing filters in the future and to contact them if any problems ever occur. The installation was beautiful, the new unit is incredible and working so nicely and they cleaned the entire area after they were completely done. I would recommend these 2 to anyone who requires a new furnace or old furnace repaired. Thank you both for your hard work and professionalism.
A great experience. Had a full heat system failure on a Sunday (in February) on a 24 yr old unit.Contacted a few locations for quotes. Handy Bros sent someone Monday morning for quotes. Found pricing was competitive with another (large company) and while a little more than two small independent companies, the warranty included exceeded the slightly lower prices, which just made sense (10yrs vs 2yrs)Ordered and was fully installed the next day.The service team led by Kyle was very polite, engaging and respectful.They completed the install (furnace and AC) very neat and professionally looking.They cleaned up and ensured all my answers were answered prior to leaving.That evening I was contacted via text by the company to ensure their product and work my approval and inquired if I had any issues.The following day I was contacted by their customer service department and spoke with Caroline who genuinely wanted to hear any positive or negative feedback I experienced.I was very impressed and pleased they genuinely wanted to close the loop on the customer experience.While it is only 24 hrs later, I am indeed pleased with our choice to go with Handy Bros.It felt like a small town company with a big capacity feel.Here is hoping in many years from now, I remain as pleased as I am now.
I contacted Handy Bros. For emergency services relating to gas lines. Right from the beginning the first person I spoke with was kind and ready to help. The technician Andrew, arrived quickly to my home and was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Showing me areas of concern with a knowledgeable explanation. We met with Comfort Advisor Kayla shortly after and the excellent service continued. Kayla was knowledgeable and explained everything to ensure we felt comfortable in our decision. Despite this being an emergency call we did not feel pressured to commit to any work. We chose to continue with Handy Bros. services due to the fast, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.
Hands down best service delivery I have experienced from an HVAC company. Highly recommed Handy Bros even in my emergency situation. They responded quicker than my old company and had it replaced before a phone call back from the old provider. David and Spencer were awesome on install day (the very next morning btw) and kept me informed of their process the whole time. Great work team!

She took measurements, asked what we wanted like air conditioning and heating. She had a detailed quote and answered all the questions we had.The installation crew were amazing.
