If there were more stars, I would have shaded those in as well.Ashlee called to confirm my appointment that I had forgotten to include on my 2026 calendar. No problem as it had to be rescheduled anyway. Nat came out for the maintenance service and he remembered all the details about my install as he had done the maintenance from 2025. Took care of everything and let me know what he was doing each step of the way. Took the time to explain what he was doing. Filter was pretty dirty so I won't let that happen again. He finished up and got us scheduled for 2027. Everyone at Peter Inch is very easy to deal with but I'm happy to only deal with them once a year for scheduled maintenance.:-)
We just had Brandon Inch out to our home for our first anniversary of our furnace. Brandon is a very personable young man. He also knows his stuff about furnaces. He checked our hot water tank without being asked to make sure the chimney was drawing air as it should. He showed me how to check it myself. So we were told our new furnace is working well and we are very happy with Brandon’s inspection job.
Choosing a reputable business for a new hot water tank, Lennox, Furnace and Lennox AC after moving into my older home came with many questions and high expectations.This was an important investment. Peter Inch admin notified by text, every appointment including facial recognition every person coming into my home. When my daughter started having problems with her furnace, we reached out to Peter Inch and Associates. The evaluation of the condition of her furnace and air conditioner was communicated in a clear and understandable way. That allowed us to make the decision that was best for her. We decided to go with a whole new system, based on the age of the existing one. Right from the initial call, to the technicians who originally came out, and through sales and installation, we could have not asked for a better customer experience! Everyone was very kind, respectful, and considerate. They went above and beyond to ensure we received the service we needed. I also had them come to perform maintenance on the tankless water heater at my own home, and inspect the furnace. I highly recommend Peter Inch and Associates!!
As always the service was excellent from the time of booking the appointment... follow up reminders etc. The actual service call with Brandon I. was exceptional. Not only did he thoroughly inspect and clean my fireplace but provided insight into best practises as well as info on what to do in certain situations i.e. if the pilot light goes out. He ran all the tests to ensure that it was operating safely, checked CO2 alarms to ensure they are up to date and operating (they were :-). At the end of the visit we discussed a new thermostat for the HVAC system and he ended up installing a new one plus running me through the set up and tutorial for that. This work was in addition to what was booked for the call but much appreciated.Overall as I say, the service was exceptional. I really appreciate the level of customer service and support provided!Highly recommend this company... our family has been dealing with them for more than 40 years (first Roy Inch and now Peter Inch) and have never been disappointed with new equipment and/or servicing.
