I smelled a gas leak - the gas company came and shut the gas off. I called Roy Inch since they previously serviced the furnace at our new house. We are in the middle of a polar vortex and our heat and hot water now are shut off. I was on the phone 43 minutes. They scheduled an appointment 4 days from now but said they would escalate it and I should call back in 2 hours if I didn't hear from them. I called back in 2 hours and they offered an appointment 5 days from now. Then left me on hold for 33 minutes at which point I was disconnected and no appointment confirmed.I called a competitor and described the issue. They said it's an easy fix and are coming tomorrow morning. The call took less than 5 minutes.
Kevin W. was friendly, kind, thorough and knowledgeable. He got our furnace working again quickly, and thoroughly explained what he had done and found. We phoned in early this morning and were given a 4-8p.m. time slot. We received a call shortly afterwards to bump us to the 8-noon time slot as we were without heat. Kevin phoned enroute and by 10:15 a.m. he had completed his work and left our home with the work done and our house warm again :) We would highly recommend Roy Inch for their amazing staff (Kevin W. in our case), efficiency and customer service. Thanks to all of you for a job very well done.
Robert and Tim went above and beyond when replacing my water heater. They took their time to answer my questions and explain their work. They were respectful, personable, and professional. They also noticed a subtle gas leak that had nothing to do with their work and they took care of it for me. These guys really put the care in Enercare. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
Josh the consultant was very versed in his job & the products available & had us set up promptly for an install. As well Josh brought over 3 space heaters to assist with heating our house as we had to wait a few days. The installers Jordan, Nate & Rob did an amazing job. They replaced our 20+ year old furnace & AC on the same day. We were without an actual functioning furnace for almost a week. It was a great sound to hear when the furnace fired up! They were polite, walked us through the beginning, middle and end process of the install.
We had a new water tank installed. Robert and Tim were such nice guys. They were ahead of schedule, which was wonderful, so came about 40 minutes early.Robert and Tim explained everything they were going to do and how long it would take. They put down covers, even down the stairs to protect the floor. Once they were done, Tim explained how the new water tank worked and also showed me.I would recommend Robert and Tim to anyone. If this is Roy Inch and sons standard then they have top notch employees.
