Rene was punctual, professional, approachable and most important a true expert. He provided the knowledge about our system and offered options. The process was efficient and all the documentations and receipts are perfectly organized via email. Looking forward for the Brody team to maintain our system moving forward.

This review isn’t about service but about safety of one of their drivers. I live in the neighborhood where Ricky, I assume, was servicing a complex in the area. I came home on a lunch break to walk the dog and he attempted to back into a parking space I was pulling into. He then refused to move. He obstructed traffic and backed up so close on my car I then could not move without hitting his car. I was literally only going to be there for 30 minutes. I would have gladly given him the space, in the area in which I live, after I walked my dog and needed to return back to work. He not only held me up and put me in an unsafe situation. He cause a line of cars behind us to be stuck. I called their customer service twice to get them to get him to at least love so I could pull out. He came out the car and was rude and said he was not leaving. I understand that parking is a challenge in this area, but there are more contractors parked on the street than there are residents. They could at least not be rude but most importantly, not put other drivers in dangerous situations. Ricky LIC #256821 should not be on the roads with that attitude. And any company employing someone like that does not deserve business.

HVAC Technician Daniel Bautista came through even though it was late in the evening, after running 4 calls already that day to access and diagnose a Furnace Project that I have been working on for quite some time, went over the system and all seemed well enough done from his experience, as we then decided to figure out why the furnace was not igniting. . . I have been trouble shooting for several weeks watching videos and testing and learning how the HVAC system operated, thinking it might be the control board though wanted to get an opinion for a experienced HVAC technician, as Daniel shared that he has about 5 Years of Experience and seemed fairly Knowledgeable and personable in a quirky manner. Explained the system operations and though rally gaining better insight on the furnace operation procedures, explained in detail other potential issues that could keep the furnace from operating correctly, and even deeper understanding of how the system can be adjusted. After going through several checks it was confirmed that most evidently it would probably be the control board that would need replacing, so after gaining a deeper understanding of the system operations, now I feel confident that the control board would need to be replaced.

Their lead tech, Kyle, did the initial evaluation, taking over an hour to inspect my existing system. He then walked me through everything, answering all my questions and making sure I understood what was happening without any of the high-pressure sales talk you frequently get. He was so honest and detailed, going through all the options. Once we decided on the best approach, we scheduled a day and time. The Brody installation team showed up exactly when they said they would, working efficiently, professionally, and with a friendly demeanor. As a DIY handyman, I could tell they cared a lot about the quality of their work based on their attention to detail in the wiring and plumbing. They even made sure to clean up perfectly before they left. I'm SO glad I chose them because the service was top-notch, and now I have a fantastic new AC system. I'll definitely be calling them for all my future needs!
