Gustavo installed my new unit and happened to be the service tech this weekend. He explained to me everything that he was going to do for the service so that I had a full understanding. Super impressed with the rapid response by this company!! Gustavo, the rep who arrived, was prompt, friendly and VERY knowledgeable!! He quickly diagnosed the problem. The part I needed was located in Los Angeles, the owner had an employee pick up the part and deliver to my home. I did not have to wait until this afternoon to have the heater repaired.
