A few weekends ago when the snow was still around and temps were low… my heat decided to go out again for the 3rd time in 3 months and previous techs elsewhere talked down to me about not adjusting my temps even one degree so I decided to call the company who installed my heating and so glad I did! Dustin came out and assessed the situation and let me know what needed to be done and thankfully I had space heaters for a coupleDays to get the part to be scheduled and installed! Very reasonable and impressed with the level of service and coming out the same day when I called them the day of issues. Definitely recommend Elder heating and air.

He sent me photos of the completed work and was very honest in things I needed fixed. His prices were best in town as well and I can truly say I got a great value. Highly recommend!
We have used their services multiple times now, and have always had a positive experience. They have responded quickly and made us a timely same day appointment when possible. Not once have they tried to upcharge us like the “bigger brand name” company in the area. Will be continuing service with them and plan to always recommend them.
