Gabriel was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained his diagnosis of the capacitor. Then showed us the difference of a bad reading and a good one. Without attempting to sell a new unit. Quickly made the repair. He also made sure everything was operating properly and explained the billing. We would highly recommend Element Air Heating and Cooling!

Our experience was great, we were referred to Element Air by our regular HVAC expert due to his retirement. We had an unexpected failure of our furnace on a very cold holiday and was taken care of as quickly as possible without a previously scheduled call. Our HVAC technician, Gabriel (fellow Army Veteran????) was spot on. He was professional, courteous and his top notch expertise was well received. Great service. Showed up on a very cold day on time. Jayden explained problem and options. On next appt. which was the install and even colder, the techs Tyler, Gabe, and Preston worked quickly and efficiently. Install went great and Jayden came back today for a final post install inspection. The entire team met all expectation. Professional and knowledgeable. Will recommend to others.
Jayden was out today and able to fix our unit quickly and explained the process to me the entire step of the way. 10/10 star service. I really appreciate the quick turn over across the board with Element air. I scheduled my service yesterday afternoon and by noon today our problem is solved.
