Stiver's personnel are alway courteous, kind, and most helpful. The service tech who came to the house was efficient, polite, and knowledgable. We have been a customer for close to 10 years since they installed our new furnace. One disappointing thing was that they would not match a competitor's price on the annual system service, which was what we had done on this call.
