Excellent service from the entire team. Osvaldo and Tito handled the electrical work, Marcos took care of the plumbing, and the A/C technicians were also outstanding. All three did a spectacular job.

They were very responsive, fast, and extremely professional. The customer service was top-notch from start to finish. It’s not easy to find companies that are this reliable and truly care about the quality of their work.

Plus, they speak both Spanish and English, which made communication smooth and easy.

I 100% recommend them without hesitation. It’s a pleasure working with professionals like this.

My husband and I were looking to replace our air conditioner, both the inside and the outside units, and decided to call Direct Air due to their years in business and reviews. We were blessed to have them send out a technician by the name of Raul Acosta who arrived at the scheduled time of our appointment and took his time to go over the different brands and pricing also suggesting new refrigerant lines to go thru our attic as our existing lines are underground and, due to their age, could have a possible leak. I must say Raul was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain and answer all our questions and concerns. We had a couple of other companies that we had set up to come and quote us, but after meeting with Raul, we canceled them and agreed to have him set up the installation of our new air conditioner. He set up a Saturday to install the units and came with two other installers, Daniel and Juaquin, who did an amazing job. They were very meticulous and careful in making sure that both the inside and outside units were installed correctly and did an excellent job in running the new lines thru our attic which was not easy as our attic is very short in height and difficult to get in; but they accomplished what I thought would be impossible.

Companies today strive for excellent service and to "WOW" their customers, well Raul, Duniel and Juaquin accomplished that goal and delivered "outstanding" service.

We definitely recommend this company and these 3 employees.

He showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell or confuse me. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail, and my AC has been running perfectly since.

I thought the technician, Ruben, was kind and professional. And honest. Can't say the same for the company as I shopped around and got a rate half as much for the same exact service they wanted to perform on my AC unit - which is only a few years old. I got the sense they were more interested in charging me extra to induce me to change out a relatively new unit and I could sense that from prior experience with other companies who operate that way. So - be careful. Perhaps they are good, they are definitely responsive, but I think too expensive given other good options in the community.
