Nimmer was able to schedule next-day diagnosis right away for us. The diagnostic fee is very reasonable, and is on the lower end of rates going currently. Joe, the technician, is very knowledgeable and immediately knew the cause of our HVAC system's issues. He went above and beyond and provided recommendations for other things related to the system. Overall, I will highly recommend Nimmer Heating and Air.
We’ve always had excellent experiences with Nimmer. Their prices were fair, customer service excellent, and we’ve gotten really quality home products with them when it was time to replace our major appliances. Natalie was our most recent service tech and was excellent! Friendly, professional, never felt like we were being oversold and even caught/replaced for us some outdated parts from a prior year’s installation. We will continue to trust and use Nimmer for our home!
Nimmer Heating and Air was recommended by another service company that we had used for years before they got out of the HVAC business. We’ve used Nimmer twice so far, once for our A/C unit and this most recent time for our ancient boiler. Both times we’ve been so thankful to have found them. Technician Blake was friendly, prompt, and informative. I inquired about their maintenance plan and he didn’t try to upsell me— he gave me the facts and a brochure for me to make the decision on my own timeline, no hard pressure tactics which I really appreciated. I also appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the office staff who have been helpful both times. Nimmer will continue to be our go-to for all of our HVAC needs.
Beth was pleasant over the phone when I called and she discovered i had also online booked time for a service call this week as well. This afternoon one of the techs became available from another job and Beth sent him right over while we were on tne phone. Blake was the service tech that worked on my furnace. He was pleasent and explained everything to me. Did maintenance and a small part needed replacement. Blake was thorough and time efficient. I am pleased with the service I received today. Thank you Beth and Blake. I will recommend to my friends.
My house basement flooded in Aug of 2025 like many others here in Milwaukee. Nimmer heating and Air Conditioning has been my service provider since 2006. I was able to have Nimmer send out a tech, and access my situation extremely quick given the widespread flooding damage in our area. Joe DeRose came out and gave a very professional service call to give me my options, he was very articulate and knowledgeable. I decided to replace both my AC and Furnace given the damage from the flood and the age of the units. Lost the board, and blower unit in flood, both were installed in 1993, so over 30 years old. AC was rusted and was already having performance issues. Next I had Brian Nowak from there sales dept out, and he gave me a very detailed estimate with several options, and packages that were customizable. Brian very great to work with, he had a couple decades of experience as installer and communication skills were outstanding. I qualified for Financing that Bryant offered through Wells Fargo. In my situation due to the amount of damage expenses I had from other items damaged in flood, this was an option that helped me immensely. 3 weeks latter, Pat Kuhlmeier, and Josh Jackson came in for install and removal of old units. Josh and Pat were on time and ready to go! They did exceptional work, with impressive craftsmanship. They explained what they where doing before hand and walked me through their work at the completion. Reworked ducking, new copper lines, everything labeled clearly and explained perfectly. Gave me all paper work for city permits, Manuels, maintenance. And Organizing all of this was Malinda Erdman in the office. Melinda was extremely responsive, top notch communication and logistics. They send texts, with everyone’s photo and full name so you know who they are and fell secure that highly trained, knowledgeable, professionals are working with you. I have used them for almost 20 years and will continue In the futureGot a second opinion, repair of furnace would have been 3500-4000, not including, AC repair.Purchased and installed new Bryant AC and Furnace with some duct work and customized options was 12,200. Financed with Wells Fargo. 0% over 2 years.
