Bob's cool air installed some mini splits in our home a couple of weeks ago. The sales person was helpful in determining not only the size we needed but the best place to install them. The installers were polite, friendly but professional too. we had a single head and double head unit installed and very efficiently. The units are running great even with a couple of nights getting to -23 and -25. If you are looking to purchase a mini split, I would certainly recommend Bob's Cool Air
