After having both of my (very old) mini splits die—one during the winter and one a month ago—I needed help. A few days ago I was referred to Lynx HVAC by a previous (very happy) customer.Within a day John had visited me and given me competitive quotes, spending more than an hour talking with me, patiently explaining my options, pros and cons, etc. Today John and Luc installed two new high efficiency LG Prestige mini splits.I didn’t know what to expect but was blown away by their professionalism and the quality of their work. They took away the old units, left the outside and inside of the house immaculate, and even moved my bed and bedside table back to their exact positions (they needed to be moved to install the unit in the master bedroom).The new units are marvellous and my house is once again at a comfortable temperature.I’m a perfectionist and it’s typically hard to “delight” me, yet Lynx HVAC achieved that today.
