Amanda helped along the way with scheduling, providing quotes, making adjustments and offering excellent and quick customer service. If she didn't have an answer to my many questions, she would find the answer and get back to me in no time. The rep who came to give me a quote gave me sound advice and helped guide me to pick out a unit that was the right fit for my space. They are knowledgable and extremely professional. The installers that came to my place were Eliott and Kaveh, two of the most meticulous and genuine people I have had work in my home. They take pride in their work, were polite, professional and they took the time to clean up. It took three days to install the air conditioner. From the beginning with Jinjin who sold the unit, to Ben & Steven who installed it, their work was incredibly meticulous. They explained any questions in detail, followed a very strict work process, cleaned up all the trash, and swept the floor after the installation was complete. Polarbear is trustworthy, and I give this installation experience a perfect score. I hope the after-sales service is also perfect
I recently had a 4 ton Daikin Heat pump installed in my home in Pointe-Claire by Les Services Polarbear. Benjamin and Steven were courteous and friendly and kept me informed of their progress through the day. They did a great job and removed the old system and cleaned everything up when they had finished. Benjamin then took time to make sure I was comfortable with how to operate the new system. The whole process from the initial visit and and quote, the scheduling of the appointment and follow up was very professional and I’m very happy with the service I received. I hired polar bear to install 2 thermopumps in my home on Monday Sept 8. I have an old house and they needed to do a lot of winding around through the walls to install the first unit. The two technicians Philippe and Elliott were tidy, respectful of my house , worked from 9:30 and to 9:30 at night to get the job done … it was complicated. After a gruelling 12 hour shift they were more than happy to shown me the functionality of the units - they were patient and very kind. They left the place clean and the work was well done.A new technician had to come back and install the capping of the wires today and he was equally professional. Alexander showed me my capping options explained each and gave me a recommendation. He worked very well cleaning up after himself and did excellent work.A shout out to Sally at the office who provided great communication throughout.I could not recommend this company enough…Other than competitive prices they are very professional and courteous. if you are looking for a reliable company to install your AC - you have found one here.
