Our HVAC quit working on a Saturday when the temperature was 99 degrees outside. After calling half a dozen HVAC Companies, Demetrick was the only person to call us back. He was at our house within 90 minutes, diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes, and thoroughly explained everything throughout the process. Because it was the weekend, he wasn't able to get a replacement part until Monday, but he was able to get our fan working which got us through the weekend until he was able to replace it on Monday.I couldn't recommend him and his company strong enough.
