From the person who initially answered my call to Owen the technician who serviced our tankless hot water heater, I could not have been more pleased. Appointment was set up for next day at my choice of time. Got a call to let me know his arrival time. He was there at appropriate time. After diagnostics, the matter was rapidly fixed.
