Premier heating and cooling were fantastic! Very responsive, came to our home within 24 hrs after my call to assess our storm damaged HVAC and give me a quote on a new replacement Trane. They came out to install the next day. The project manager, Dennis, couldn’t have been nicer and more knowledgeable. His 2 man crew arrived next day, on time, and worked efficiently all day. They were super polite, friendly and great communicators. We couldn’t have asked for better service. I Highly recommend them!
Melvin and his team replaced our crawl space vapor barrier and ductwork. While it was a costly repair, the team’s hard work, diligence, perseverance and professionalism is to be commended. They worked well into the evening, ensuring we were satisfied and did a thorough job regarding cleanup and debris removal. I have a tremendous amount of respect for these men as they were performing less than desirable work while maintaining a positive attitude, addressing all of our questions and concerns and not cutting corners to ensure our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Premier and this particular team. Big shout out to Melvin, Blake, Tony and crew for their tireless work. Job well done guys.
Stellar on all fronts. Our call was promptly answered and the most friendly folks were on the phone. Our service technician Angel was stellar That’s saying a lot considering our unit is 14 years old and this quickly turned into a system replacement. Not many days later a new unit arrived. Trouble free. Highly recommend.
