Excellent experience all around. I had another company tell me my unit could not be repaired and gave me a quote for $14k. Jay sent a tech over and he had it fixed in 30 minutes for $149. They also came back and completely replaced the plenum system for a very fair price.Very trustworthy and highly recommended!!!
