Techs arrived on time. Stayed focused on the task. Reviewed everything with me, removed the trash and put the back the garage how they found it with some extra cleaning. Very satisfied ??
Worker arrived in reasonable time. I told him I awoke to find the system blasting cold air inside while the compressor outside in 35 degree temp was running full blast. I emediately turned off the system inside and went outside and disconnected power to compressor. I then turned on inside system power , found furnuis not starting, and noted error messages 98 & 125 on thermostat. I also told him the thermostat refused to enter setup mode and may be the only problem .He checked and found no problem in the furnace. I said why not switch the thermostat and see if that solves the problem. He did not have one in truck, could not find one, and found a replacement cost about $1,500. Quite a ripoff. I had to pay about $100 for this useless visit. After he was gone it took me less than an hour to restore heating! I have ordered newer fully featured model used thermostat for $200.I am not happy.
Dave the technician is truly the best! He can even hoola hoop a new chandelier into the perfect space for your place. He is effecient professional & has a good wit while doing the job right!! He ain’t cheap but you can rest assured it’s done right!
