I have used Residential air systems a few times in the past and the most recent time was today. I live in Montville New Jersey. Extremely easy to deal with. I made a call early this morning and they were out to my house within an hour to troubleshoot a heat issue. The unit stopped working on the coldest day so far this year. They had me up and running again within 20 minutes so I’m very thankful for them. I would definitely recommend them.
Our 30 year old furnace was dying in the middle of winter when temps were lowest so timing was an important factor for us. We contacted RAS (Residential Air Systems) and the local utility company to come the situation and gives estimates. Ed of RA S responded very quickly, analyzed our HVAC, explained our options, answered our questions and sent a detailed estimate shortly after leaving. Neighbors had used RAS and had nothing but positive feedback making our decision much easier. We felt RAS would use the best equipment, do a great job installing providing the best outcome so we decided to go with RAS. We are extremely happy we did. They scheduled our job the first day we were available, showed up on time and did a great job. The RAS team was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and clean completing on schedule without any issues. We highly recommend RAS!

Hector just finished the Annual maintenance on our Bosch combi boiler. Previously I was using Bertoli Heating and AC in Rockaway, N.J., but I have been less then satisfied with their service. While watching Hector perform the maintenance, I can see that Bertoli did not do a very good job doing the annual maintenance and some steps where apparently missed. I have been using Residential Air for my A/C maintenance for years and have always been satisfied with their service. I highly recommend them.
We had our full HVAC system replaced back in 2019. Ed came to my house gave us an estimate and was Extremely knowledgeable. He even gave me options based on my specific house And explained the pros and cons. Just recently, we had a problem with the furnace And it turns out the entire system needed to be replaced and I panicked. When I panicked, I called Ed and he responded the same day. Long story short, Ed ended up replacing my entire system At no charge with just two days notice. This is the type of service that you just can’t get from a huge company and that is very difficult to find these days. Excellent service
