Our entire HVAC system suddenly stopped working as we kept switching from heat to cool, we were able to get a same day appointment (Thanks Rachel!) and our Technician Chris was prompt in our appointment window, diagnosed the issue and had the work done quickly. Great Service!! We've used some of the bigger name AC companies in the Orlando area and always feel like we are getting sold something we may not need and the issue is hardly ever resolved in one call. The service we received today will have Bob Heinmiller as our ONLY call if we ever have HVAC issues again.
The on site guys were great they kept the place clean and gates closed while they worked. I have a farm and so they needed to navigate some extra help. This was a Tesla Powerwall recall. Now with this all being said I was not happy with the way certain office things were done. Tesla told me that the recall was going to be paid for by them but I was charged for this call. Also when the set the appointment they said nothing about paying up front. I am use to having to give a deposit but paying the full amount up front just didn't feel right to me. But they had my new power wall so what options did I really have. I also was not happy with how they collected the money I had to fill out a form giving them authorization to bill my credit card. I think they need to find a better way to do this. As I said the field guys were great but if I need to have repairs done to my solar system in the future I may be looking elsewhere.
