Amazing service and support. Yisau A was sent as technician today to look at my ( wry old) furnace. He was so thorough and knowledgeable and willing to explain and ensure I understood exactly what was needed for the furnace to run its best. Though there were major issues with the furnace Yisau called “home base” and organized support for me to purchase the best replacement for me. Support came as another team member Charlie K. With Yisau and Charlie’s guidance I was able to make informed choices and keep my house as comfortable as possible. They took their time to explain choices and guided me throughout the whole process. Thank you so much!! I felt like I was in good hands the whole time.

I recently had a whole-home humidifier installed by Francis Home Environment and overall I’m satisfied with the experience.
The installation was handled by Chan, who was professional, punctual, and clearly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the setup, worked neatly, and made sure everything was functioning properly before leaving. The workmanship was clean and well done.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that during the sales discussion, I was told the humidifier would be integrated with my Nest thermostat. Unfortunately, that wasn’t possible at installation time due to wiring limitations, and I had to go with the manual controller instead. That means I’ll need to adjust humidity levels manually based on outdoor temperature, which is a bit of a hassle during Ottawa winters.
That said, the installation quality itself was solid, and Chan did a great job. With clearer communication during the sales stage, this would have easily been a 5-star experience.

I’ve been trying to have a gas leak fixed since November and working with this company has been a nightmare. They’ve come three different times now and still haven’t resolved the issue. My place is usually left a total mess from the visit, and tonight the technician and his manager on the phone felt that leaving a $30 mini heater was an appropriate solution for the weekend. It’s the middle of winter and I have 1,100 ft2 to heat. I’m beyond disappointed but also just really confused that two people hashed it out and were like, “for sure just give him that space heater and we’re good, bud.” Incredibly negligent work and just tone deaf.
