Dave was incredibly helpful walking us through the issue with our furnace. After speaking about what work had already been done on it earlier in the week, he had a methodical approach to identify the issue and coming to a resolution. The best part was we got to sit with him through the entire process (about 1.5-2hrs) and ask questions along the way watching how he went about correcting the problem.
