Our heating went out in the middle of winter when it was 12 degrees out, a very busy time of the year for them. Nestor & his team still made time to get our entire 23 year old HVAC system replaced and fast! Even quicker than they anticipated. They were super kind and professional. The entire process was so easy & straight forward from the start. Nestor was very trustworthy and laid out my options in a way I could understand. He was upfront about the pricing of each option -- which were fair prices, in my opinion. He even taught me some stuff about my house I didn't know, which was neat lol. Our heat pump stopped working when it was freezing outside and I called a few HVAC companies for an emergency visit, however, they were all too busy to come out the same day. Then I found Nestor, who after I gave a short description of what was going on with our HVAC and he gave me a time frame when he would stop by to trouble shoot the problem. Nestor showed up on time, is very knowledgeable of HVAC units, and fair priced. He fixed the problem under two hours and now we have heat! What more amazing is that he answered the many, many questions we had about heat pumps like a true professional. I will definitely use Northern Liberties Heating in the future.
