I texted Tim on a Saturday night regarding my boiler (the burner was off). He responded to my text quickly and explained what the issues could be. With his input, and a change of thermostat batteries, the burner came back on. He also offered to come over and check it out that night or on Sunday. Six years ago Tim switched the heating in my house from oil to gas. He added two new radiators as well as two new heat pumps to the many already existing radiators. My neighbor, a contractor, recommended him and showed me the work he did at another house. While my realtor had another HVAC professional in mind, whom I never met, I’m glad I chose Tim.
