WE set an appointment for the service call and immediately received a text and email confirming the appointment. The day before the service, we received an electronic reminder and then the day of the service, we got a text telling us that they were available to arrive early if it worked for us. Once the technician arrived (Mack, himself), our issue was addressed quickly and efficiently. He also provided tips on maintenance which might prevent future problems. We recently had our 30 year old oil fired boiler replaced. We could not be more pleased with our experience with Mack and Bob from Mack Air Pro. They diligently worked from 8 am. to 11 pm. to install our new system so that we could have hot water again that evening. They were 100% professional and personable. Their work is meticulous. We had an issue with our furnace and Mack sent over his teammate Austin and came to fix the issues within 2 hours. I could not recommend Mac Air Pro enough.
Mack and his team really saved us when the cold spell hit this year. Our burner flooded and he showed up to get it up and running in no time. Turned out we needed a new tank as the old one was creating the flooding, so he did some research and found one that was best suited for our needs. We'll continue to use his services in the future.
Great company, highly professional organization with great installers. The equipment works great and I can't say enough about the installation process, we had 3 ceiling units, 2 wall units and 2 floor units installed and you would never even know they were here! They wore boot covers smd vacuumed up everything, just a great process. We highly recommend!
