Austin was our furnace and duct cleaning tech on January 7, 2026. Austin was very respectful of our home. He ask permission to check each room to count the vents. He also let us know how the process would work. Austin also ask if he could use a camera to check the furnace. At first I said ",no", then said he could. I am so glad that he encouraged me to have the furance checked. He showed me the trouble spots and let me know that we would need a new furnace. Austin also let us know how this 30 year old furance could impact our health and safety. These guys were awesome had an appointment booked for Monday but they were able to come the same day as they had a cancelation. The guy was very courteous and friendly and knowledgeable and was able to solve our furnace problem as well as do a tune up on it. I would highly recommend these guys for your furnace needs.
The tech was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained everything as he went along. Asked if I had questions or concerns. Gave me a total cost based on the number of vents in our home so I knew what I was paying before the real work got started. Changed our filter and suggested the best filters to use with our furnace. Checked for carbon levels at the end to ensure our home is safe and furnace running great. No messes. Could not even tell he was at our home and cleaned our ducts. Would recommend to all my friends and family and already have.
The WOW service started during my inquiry and appoinment scheduling process. The customer service rep that booked my appoinment was really accommodating and shows care (sorry I forgot her name). During the appoinment and diagnosis, the service tech Daniel Manta was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. He went through the whole diagnosis and explained everything to me carefully.
