I woke up to no heat. After calling five different companies, Aries Airflo 1. answered with a live person 2. offered to send someone out on overtime (they were all booked up), whereas the other companies just said they were booked, and 3. diagnosed and repaired my furnace the same day. All three people I spoke to at Aries, including the repair fellow, were exceptionally polite and understanding. I will definitely use their services again! Excellent customer service.
Absolutely exceptional experience with Aries from start to finish. From Zach coming out to give us a quote and walking us through all our options, answering all our questions and providing us with multiple options we felt taken care of. The install team led by Dylan was on time and again was willing to answer all our questions, explain the install process thoroughly and take us through everything after to ensure we were happy with their work.Their customer service, knowledge and professionalism is first class and we would never hesitate to use them again.
Fantastic experience with this outfit. Having recently purchased a home requiring extensive renovations, we called around looking for help. Another contractor came and charged us for an estimate, and then tried a hard upsell after unhooking our gas from the furnace (he did not leave until it was reconnected).When I phoned Aries, they sent an estimator around, who checked our combustion gasses and determined the furnace was fine, and quoted me a very reasonable amount to do some maintenance and repairs to a number of disconnected ducts and return air.The technicians were fantastic to deal with, polite, professional and punctual. I will absolutely be calling Aries again when it is time to add A/C and/or replace our furnace with a newer unit. The work that was done was of a very high standard.Highly recommended.
Recently Aries replaced my old furnace and installed a new AC. Overall I would highly recommend.Chase was fantastic quoting and walking down the job. Got down to business immediately, no “buttering up” or doing the “sales pitch” like another quote I received that wasted a lot of my time. Answered all my question and had the price down within 15 minutes.Terho and Adrian were the installers, absolutely amazing; On time, professional, communicative, quick and easy. The units were installed with care and they did a great job cleaning up as well.
Just wrapped up getting our furnace and air conditioning installed by Aries. Very pleased. Chase the initial contact, was easy to deal with and provided us with a very thorough and well laid out quote with several different options/ price points. Cory and Adrian were the HVAC techs who came in and did the actual install. They were professional, efficient with their time and most importantly did a quality job. This was a retrofit project that involved quite a bit of ductwork modification and I am really happy with the end result. Definitely not their first rodeo, they know what they are doing.
