There is no company as great as RT. They were quick to send Kevin out to give me price quotes for a new furnace and central A/C. Then not long after they were here to do the work. Derek did an amazing job! He was very friendly. He cleaned up his work space well! He gave very thorough instructions of how things worked afterwards. I’m so impressed with how everything went so smoothly. Nelson did the A/C portion and was super friendly. You can’t beat their pricing and excellent service. You won’t be disappointed. I don’t understand how they have this good reviews. That’s why I wanted them to come to my house in the first place. The guy had me take a picture of my furnace and then he told me he didn’t know if he could clean it noperiod. Then he told me he probably couldn’t do the brush treatment even though the website says they do it on 90% of the furnaces. He basically told me he couldn’t do the work and that he wouldn’t even look at the furnace. I was very upset and discouraged. Now I just think it’s false advertising. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. He flat out didn’t want to do the work. He pretty much told me I wasn’t worth his time. I will actively be not recommending him to anyone. I will bring up the subject so I can tell people not to consider him. And yet look at all the positive reviews. I don’t get it! I felt so discouraging and upset. And now I just am livid.I read the reviews and was feeling so happy and confident. They say their furnaces look brand new. The website says they use brushes to clean 90% of the duct they deal with. Then the guy tells me he isn’t even sure if he can clean my furnace. My furnace is a regular run-of-the-mill furnace.
Great company and website. RT had all their services and promotions listed on their site which was easy to navigate. I requested a quote for a garage heater on a Sunday night and within 5 minutes I had a response. Came out the next morning and completed the quote. Kevin was great and easy to deal with. RT was priced better than other companies I requested a quote with. The process took 3 days. Requested quote, next day received quote, 3rd day product installed. The technician was early, friendly, left his workspace clean. Very satisfied with RT.
I called a bunch of heating places for a new furnace, I live 20 minutes out of red deer. I called RT the lady who answered was very helpful said she could have Kevin come out and give an estimate the next day. He was right on time, has a look helped me understand why my 1960 Coleman furnace ran like it did and gave a couple affordable options with 10 yr warranty and helped me understand how new furnaces work and about yearly maintenance.A couple days later their sheet metal guy came and did measurements. 8 days later they came and installed my new furnace and moved the hot water tank. It took all day and the price was exactly what they said it would be. It is so much quieter and works way better than our old one. I’m glad I called here, everyone is so polite and helpful honestly a better experience than I could have hoped for. I wanted to go with a company that answered their phone with a real person incase anything went wrong.
RT recently installed a Heat Recovery Ventilator in our 10 year old finished bungalow. They were prompt in all aspects of the process and due in large part to Jessie who was very professional and knowledgeable in answering all of our questions during the estimate and installation process. Tom was very accommodating during all of our communications and managed to bring the original install date forward. The install did not interfere at all with our daily lives and Jessie once again did an amazing job. I would highly recommend RT for any similar or HVAC jobs.
