Derek from Arrow Plumbing did an excellent job helping my aging parents with a plumbing issue. He was polite, courteous, efficient and organized. We called Arrow at noon and had the issue resolved by 2pm. Very happy with their service. Our furnace went out during that very cold and stormy stretch in January. Our son was checking the place while we were away. My husband had an Arrow plumbing and heating note taped to the furnace. Our son called. Derek came out and got the furnace going. It's still working. Our son found Derek to be very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He checked everything even the heat exchangers which weren't cracked.During my research to upgrade the furnace, I interacted with Arrow on many occasions. Paul, the sales representative was absolutely excellent with explaining everything about the newer furnaces. He was very patient with all my questions. He followed up with any concerns, etc.Blair, the manager, was very accommodating and helpful as well. I like that they stand behind their products and that they look after any warranty issues. Also, they followup with the installation to make sure everything is done to code.Everyone we interacted with, Christine at the front desk, Derek the service rep, Paul and Riley the sales reps, Blair the manager were all excellent.We highly recommend that you give Arrow Plumbing and Heating a call.
We had two very old furnaces at our place, and one of them was causing issues quite often, so we decided to replace both. I really liked the prompt replies, proper survey, and honest dealing from Arrow’s sales team.Their sales/management team was involved throughout the process before finalizing everything, and they helped us select two good-quality furnaces for installation. From the office staff to the installer team (all were really good and professional), as well as sales and management — everyone was kind, helpful, and professional.I really liked that their OM came during the installation and checked with the installer team to make sure everything was going well. This kind of teamwork and coordination from start to finish makes a big difference, and Arrow clearly has that.During/After finishing the installation, the installer team explained some important things. Arrow's team later checked in to make sure we were satisfied.I’ll definitely use them again in the future if they continue this level of service. Thanks to the Arrow team for your amazing service!
We had the unfortunate situation of our furnace failing over Christmas and after some referrals we called Arrow. They responded quickly and were able to get us a new furnace the next day. From the technicians to sales and the office staff everyone was professional, kind and helpful. We now have a new furnace that is providing the most consistent heat our 1960s 2-storey has ever had. They have even checked in to ensure we are satisfied. They also completed all the necessary SaskEnergy rebate paperwork for us.I will definitely be using them in the future for plumbing/heating needs.
Thanks Brayden and Arrow Plumbing for the great service installing our new Ecobee smart thermostat. Brayden was excellent, helpful, and connected the thermostat to my phone. He answered all my questions and gave me a quick training session. The device is mounted nicely and functioning perfectly!
