I had a major plumbing issue and first contacted Graham at Sierra Mechanical. He suspected a main drain line problem and referred me to specialists.I then called Bud P at Evenflow Plumbing Richmond. He believed the issue was caused by tree roots in the main line and advised me to call the City of Richmond Engineering & Public Works DispatchI contacted the City, and they immediately dispatched an inspector. An inspector arrived shortly after, inspected my drain, and checked the manhole in my backyard.After checking the neighbor's manhole, the inspector found it was heavily blocked with "tons of roots," confirming the diagnosis. The City quickly called for a specialized truck to clear the blockage.Thanks to the accurate advice and integrity of Graham's network and the fast response of the City of Richmond crew, the root blockage was cleared, preventing a sewer backup and potential flood damage.Sierra Mechanical and their experts will now be my primary choice for plumbing needs.
