We were really having problems finding someone that would repair a mini split unit that they didn't install themselves. Thankfully I found All About A/C and they have been wonderful. Quick response, fair price and so friendly and professional Our Tech, Josh, was amazing!!
From the first phonecall with Melissa, to coordinate service to Issac coming to our home and getting our heating up and running again, took all of one hour. FAST!!! Issac was super polite, prompt, and diagnosed the problem immediately. Our Google Nest was throwing a W1 error, and a faulty contactor was the issue (we also had a fuse out). Honestly please give Issac a raise; we are so thankful for your hard work and professionalism!! Our house is finally heating back up. It was, thankfully, a quick fix (and repair price quote was very reasonable at $179). For the rapid turnaround it was so worth it. I am considering their services for heat pump installation (we'll set a separate appointment to get a quote for that). Thank you again for a drama-free experience today!!
Great service! Josh was professional and really took his time to check out ac/heater unit. He was able to give us a detailed explanation of what needed to be done & making sure we understood what the issue was. We were given options for repairs with fair pricing.
