Both of the times I had to call this company (first for fixing a hot water tank leak and doing an inspection, second to replace the dead tank) they were knowledgeable, hard working and respectful. I appreciated their clarity and professional support through a very unpleasant situation. The prices were on par with other companies and I was very happy with their workmanship and after care advice.
Had to call them as my furnace went out and wasn't working. They got it going with a temporary fix, and I will need to have them over again for a deeper fix. But for the time being my house isn't freezing. So that's great. Other companies wouldn't send anyone for multiple days, whereas Atlas here was over same day.Highly recommend.
Well these guys are amazing! In December they installed a furnace that was what we asked for, unfortunately it was plagued with issues that made it meet it's demise far to early. Each time we called them they would come as fast as possible to help even three times in one day! That was the final kick at the can for that furnace. These guys that would be working until ten the night before were back at my house with a bigger better furnace and hard it in and working perfectly by 10 that very next day! I was fully ready for it to be a two day installation but these guys soldiered on and finished it that night! True superheroes! The whole team! Thank you guys for warming our house as fast as you did!!
Can I give more than 5 stars? I can't say enough about these guys. Our furnace was giving us grief (not quite dead) and they had it out and a new one installed in just more than 24 hours. New unit is working flawlessly. They also let us do etransfers over a couple of days rather than a credit card which was also great and helpful! They were professional and cleaned everything up. Would recommend them any time.
Mac got me scheduled in right away and had my problem resolved quickly. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and what he did and proactively took down part and serial numbers in the event I have to call them again in the future. Mac, Chastin and team at Atlas are highly recommended!
