Finally got it installed and the team has done a really great job for installing it. Highly highly recommended to reach out to them. Our furnace is not heating so we were looking for personnel who can fix. Someone called back and let me know he can come with in half an hour. My wife was also calling whatever number she can get. As he told he can come with in 30 minutes, I told him to come in. This guy refused to come as we were not their existing customer! He is showing attitude as the other company responded may can send personnel after 3-4 hours, which is not sure that time I am calling.Won't recommend calling such rude people.

Our furnace gave out and called two heating companies just to have a second opinion. The first company only provided the options and didnt discuss the problem. Dustin from Efficiency took his time to explain the problem and gave an honest opinion about the options. I wasted no time and chose Efficiency and was able to book us in in less than a week and changed our whole furnace in a day. 11/10 would go with Efficiency again for their services.
