Early December the day before the cold -30 was to happen the furnace in my home had quit working all together. In a panic I had called on a few places and had no luck. The last place on my list was Five Star and Ryan had answered and asked me a couple of trouble shooting questions. He then told me service will be there in a few hours which I was extremely relieved. Coltan had arrived in a respectful time and quickly assest the problem and made a quick trip to retrieve the part and had that installed in no time. I did receive the invoice by email and had a question about it so I spoke with Bernice and she told me she will look into this immediately and address this to Ryan. I didn't expect a response so quickly from Bernice and she told me they had taken care of my question regarding the invoice. If i could rate 10/5 stars i would. my furnace quit on me and the plumber told me i need to replace the unit because the heat exchanger was cracked. this is a very costly repair to any homeowner but i made one phone call to five star and spoke with Mitchell. He was so professional and willing to help, i gave him the information on my furnace that was installed over 20 years ago. He looked up the parts for my unit and was able to get warranty coverage on all the parts i needed saving me thousands of dollars. Genuine people who sincerely just want to help you save your hard earned money are hard to come by. The pilot light on our fireplace would stay on but the burner wouldn't ignite. Wheatland Fireplaces advised Five Star did the service work for Montego fireplaces so called them. Ryan suggested the problem quite often is the wall switch and suggested I check that first. Very nice of him to offer a possible solution before sending someone out. Turned out that wasn't the cause and within a couple of days a service tech was on site. He was very friendly, thorough and quite promptly had the fireplace working properly. I received the invoice via email was quite reasonable. Paid it online and promptly received a thank you and a receipt. From beginning to end, the process was very professional in every aspect. Would highly recommend Five Star Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning.
